4.5 MW DC | 4,524 kW | Tracker (SFR) | EPC | 2024
MAAS Lakeside Gas Hub was the third and final project in RSI’s multi-site engagement with MAAS Energy, rounding out a portfolio exceeding 12 MW across three locations. Like its counterparts, this 4.5 MW installation used single-axis tracking and required the full suite of RSI’s in-house EPC capabilities, including medium voltage electrical work and complete permitting management.
Scope of Work
- Full EPC delivery: engineering, procurement, and self-performed construction
- Single-axis tracker (SFR) system installation
- Medium voltage electrical infrastructure
- In-house permitting, zoning, and utility interconnection
- Project management, QA/QC, and safety compliance
Approach
Completing the third site in a developer portfolio means maintaining the standards and processes established on the first two while continuing to manage other active projects simultaneously. RSI’s ability to self-perform the full scope, including medium voltage electrical, kept the project on a single chain of accountability. Every required timeline across the MAAS portfolio was met, with no missed contractual or operational completion dates.
Result
Successful on-time delivery of a 4.5 MW commercial solar installation, completing the MAAS Energy portfolio and cementing RSI’s track record as a reliable EPC partner for large-scale developer projects.
